Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

2. Eligibility: The Dr. Gundry Podcast Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Winners acknowledge that if they enter the giveaway using a fraudulent name or account, they will be disqualified. Employees of Dr. Gundry’s advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to win, nor are members of such employees’ immediate families.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, domestic partners, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway entry period will begin at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PT”) on March 1st, 2023, and will end at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 14th, 2023.

2. Take a screenshot of your review and send it to podcast@drgundry.com with the subject line “Dr. Gundry Podcast Giveaway,” along with the address that you would like to receive the products to before the closing deadline of 11:59 p.m. PT on March 14th, 2023.
3. Subscribe to the Dr. Gundry Podcast on YouTube. 

4. Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected at random within five (5) business days of March 14th, 2023. Winners will be notified via email from podcast@drgundry.com within ten (10) business days following the close of the giveaway. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, The Dr. Gundry Podcast reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner’s prize. 

5. Prize: Three (3) prize winners will each receive the following bundle of Gundry MD® products, with a combined retail price of approximately $354 – Bio Complete 3 ($69.95), Vital Reds ($69.95), Total Restore ($69.95), Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil ($49.95), 2 Sorghum Spaghetti ($14.90), Sorghum Chocolate Bars ($19.95) a copy of Unlocking the Keto Code ($28.99) and a copy of The Plant Paradox ($29.99). 

All prizes will be shipped to the winner via FedEx Ground or U.S.P.S Ground. The Dr. Gundry Podcast is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. Prizes lost or damaged in mailing will not be replaced. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event an original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. The winners are each fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Agreement to Official Rules: Entry in the giveaway constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Each participant further consents to be contacted by Sponsor and/or its advertising and publishing agencies in connection with the giveaway and grants Sponsor and its advertising and publishing agencies the right to use and publish the participant’s legal name and/or photograph online or in any other media in connection with the giveaway.

7. Release of Liability: By entering the giveaway, the participant releases and holds Sponsor, Meta Platforms Inc., GundryMD and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway, the Dr. Gundry website, Instagram feed, or any prize won. All prizes are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor or GundryMD.  

8. Choice of Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this giveaway, participants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the giveaway.

9. Miscellaneous Conditions: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, in addition to Instagram®’s Terms of Use. The giveaway may only be entered in or from the United States. Giveaway entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified.  Sponsor has the sole discretion to terminate the giveaway at any given time, or to amend these rules at any time for any reason.  In the event of early cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.  Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; or failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, cellular or internet service issues, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; or any combination thereof.
