These labels were practically designed to deceive you.

Dr.gundry …your diet changed my life …but after completely following your diet protocol for 3 months … my candida ( oral thrush +git candida dysbiosis ) will not leave me. I tried even 14 day fluconazole protocol & several Candida diets protocols but nothing worked . I also have pain below my knees that would radiate into calf & soles . Can not understand if candida can cause this arthritis like pain or its some autoimmune disorder … my pain magically disappears when i add fenugreek green leaves in my diet .. my mother said fenugreek is used in ancient indian medicine to treat arthritis … and it works for my pain . But the pain come back every morning and i have to take fenugreek again .. my questions = 1. Can candida cause this pain ?? 2. Are fenugreek seed and leaves safe ? ?? 3 . How to treat candida dysbiosis in mouth and git ?please help dr.gundry
Thank you so much for this episode Dr. Gundry. In looking into nutritional recommendations for breastfeeding- the CDC as well as multiple institutional websites encourage foods fortified with vitamin D…. I am so glad I listened to this to understand labels as much as I can!
