I have been using ProBiozthrive the past 3 weeks. I’m disappointed it doesn’t completely dissolve in my hot coffee. You have recommended two other supplements so I’m wondering if they do same for us or different as I just have an issue the one I ordered 6 bottles of, doesn’t completely dissolve.
Vicky I have been putting PreBiothrive in my hot coffee too but this week learned that if there are probiotics in it the heat will render it ineffective. I now chill my coffee then add Prebothrive and Heart Defence and Vital Reds and mix it in the Vita Mix with some coconut milk
don’t know how to comment–am not good on line. don’t know how i want to listen.
More interesting stuff. I love listening to Dr. Gundry and all the health information he brings to us. I personally have benefited greatly from this new-found way of eating and am truly grateful that I found Dr. Gundry. I not only feel sooooo much better, I have lost some weight that I have been carrying around for too long. I am continuing to work toward losing more weight and using the supplements that I enjoy as well.
I liked hearing his guest today and will continue to listen. I am very much in favor of the Keto way of eating and will probably read the book just to get yet another bit of good information. Happy to have the podcast.
Thank you really enjoyed listening to the broadcast and just started taking the Primal plant and love it.I will be 92 in a few months.Don’t go to doctors or take any medication for 60 years.Just take herbs and use a lot of olive oil.I danced at a wedding two months ago and when my son comes we go bowling. As a child I ate a lot of fish and my mother had a big garden so we ate healthy. We never had soda pop or Kool Aid,only milk from Jersey cows and water from our beautiful fountain.Keep up the good work.
Should we use canola oil to cook?
This new of cast series sounds interesting. I ordered your reds a year ago and use that. I have also ordered two other items but my Dr does not have time apparently to check if it would help me..To be honest you now are offering too many things that sound good but I am too confused to know what to try so I am not going to order anything more. I have A fib since 2012 and it’s just too risky to get help to see if any of your products are safe for me. I appreciate your efforts.
Im looking for a serious diet change for both my husband and myself.
I’m 70 years old and at the point where I want out of the kitchen and still want to eat right. My husband and I have been taking vital- reds for a year now. Im convinced that taking it helps me sleep better. I’m interested in the primal plants, but, living on Social Security doesn’t leave extra funds to spend on expensive vita or herbs. So, I’m looking at shopping and eating differently.
I sounds very interesting. I’m only about six pounds over weight and I don’t take any medication yet. My mother lived to be 100. I do have an autoimmune disease, a rare form of alopiecia, where my hair line has moved back about two inches. I’ve had shots and topical treatments. Nothing has stopped it. I’m thinking if I could lower the inflammation it might stop or slow my hair loss. I would love to be Dr. Gundry’s guine pig, taking his product to see the results.
Alright Dr. Gundry get started on the powder aspect of what Dr. Cole is talking about! Thanks for both of your efforts.
Before listening to this pod cast, I had the same question about using coconut oil and frankly, I am still somewhat puzzled about using it, I guess, because I like it. What olive oil do you approve? Virgin?
It was an informative session on how to lose body fats, lose weight, to become energetic during the day, etc.
I am Or I should say we are thin right now but can improve our health. Very high BP
for me and low for my husband. what good for that?
Great show. I love the expression avoiding “inflammatory foods”when explaining to others how I now eat. I hate the words people use like – “what diet are you on?”. I’m not on a diet – I’m on a lifestyle change in eating habits.
Thanks
Hi Dr Gundry,
I’m a big fan of you and highly respect you for all your wonderful work.
sorry to ask this question with the healthy diet and supplement you take why hasn’t your eye sight improved has you still wear glasses? Gooseberry powder is excellent to improve eyesight.
I appreciate this conversation, however, I don’t care for the references to high protein (lb. of bacon? Not taught!) in the Ketogenic diet. That is not taught by the people I have found that teach the scientific Keto way of eating. If you want to be an influence then please practice more respect. You share great information but you are not the only ones who have it. You can share information and teach without putting ideas down that most don’t even believe. I understand that in order to sell your books you must assert your authority as the only authority.
Thanks,
Deborah Waer
You are not only developing an alternative medicine you are also fighting against the whole establishment. That means you are one of the harbingers of a new society.
I watched a superb BBC4 programme on Wednesday the 5th of September. It is called “The Rebel Physician Nicholas Culpeper’s Fight” – It was on the profile of the noted botanist, who lived in 1615–1654. He researched the healing properties of plants and wrote an acclaimed book. He was against the theory and practice of taking peoples health from their hands and giving it to the institutions. Like many of the BBC4 programmes it successfully showed the whole era from the point of health.
Your weekly podcast is a big step in the right direction. You are creating a platform for international communications. You can invite people from any part of the world or go to them to create one of your weekly programmes. This gives more voice and speedy personal development to the people who are trying to fight against this well-established giant octopus. And the people who will listen to these programmes will also be empowered and enlighten quickly through this interactive communication.
The seminar was very educative. We also empowered knowing that another person spent his time to searched for facts and wrote a book. And there was no competition between two colleagues. They were happy and appreciative about each other’s achievement. I felt happy too. Happy to see an interaction not based on jealousy and competition.
I am looking forward to reading your new book.
🗣👂👀🤔🤗👍👍 Great interviews Thanks,AwB
I take most of Dr. Gundry product, but i am going on a crusie and I dont want to bring them all. Being that i will be eating all the time which products would you say would be a must? Thank You
Dr. Gundry, thank you for inviting me to your PodCast. The info I’ve received this far has given me great insight re: my diet’s impact on my autoimmune condition + arthritis. Wilhelmina
I just listened to your first 3 podcasts and most of what was said was way over my head. I am a 53 year old male who has had diabetes for 17 years and am trying to eat better. All the scientific talk means nothing to me. Please speak more to the non-doctors that are listening. I have it said that if you can’t pronounce or spell the food ingredients, don’t eat it, but if I can’t spell or pronounce the words that you use, I can’t follow your advice. Thanks for your work. Dumb it down for me.
Very interesting. I learned alot. I am 81 looking to be 120 and healthy. I have trouble sleeping. I have a sleep Cpap machine. But still don’t sleep well. I thought nuts are good for you. Dr. Gundy has a 3 nut
he recommends. Instant pots? You seem to be more for younger people.
loves these interviews but I heard what you said about coconut oil. You memtion MCT oil in your book and I started taking some every few days and eating mostly according to your instructions but this oil helps me lose weight quickly. Is this different then from plain coconut oil or should I dump the MCT oil.
I do appreciate your info. I have tried the prebiothrive with great results. Sharpen the old brain (64) and lost my appetite for sweets.
I’ve had a nephrectomy two years ago this December, I only have one healthy kidney
do you recommend the ketotarian book? and if so are there things I should avoid?
I ONLY BELIEVE IN ketogenic Diet because I am never hungry have eradicated Diabetes at 80 years old.Sleep 8-10 hours. In the past I had purchase products from you, and was very pleased with the high quality.
Especially Vital Reds. My eyes are improving. Previously I was seeing an Othamologist for eye injections.
Since Keto I am no longer requiring this.
