There are issues with lectins and autoimmune disorders and gut issues, issues with high carb diets and insulin resistance, issues with unhealthy fats and CAD. There are also many persons who can’t afford your strict diet. I wish you would discuss how your dietary recommendations would change depending on the readers main issue of concern. And, for persons on a reduced carb and reduced lectin diet, what would be technically a food on the “No” list, but would be better than others. Like cooled indian basmati rice, sour dough bread, or taking lectin shield with every meal.

My morning omelette is swimming ( to the point of being deep fried)in your recommended extra virgin olive oil. Can l ever use too much olive oil.
What is the polypheonol count in your olive oil? (ppm) and what percentage of this is the hydroxytyrosol?
