I’ve been using lots of your products. I mix Vital Red, Power Blues, Heart Defense, Prebio Thrive, Proplant shake, MCT Wellness, Energy renew, Primal plant in a shake. Can I mix all of these together?
I know you’re not a fan of adding a banana, a kiwi, and blueberries into the mix, to enhance the taste. Should I eliminate some of these fruits?
I’m trying to manage some other supplements, Can you email me, and educate me whether I’m taking too much supplements? I’m using multiple products: LECTIN SHIELDS, MITO X, TOTAL RESTORE, BIO COMPLETE 3, ACTIVE ADVANTAGE, 24 STRAIN BROBIOTIC… and a couple more… Is is o.k. to use all of these supplements? I’m planning to see you in the future. I have autoimmune diseases.
