137: Eat like the ancients (here’s why)

Hi, I have a question for your Podcast guest Dr. Axe and Dr. Gundry as well. I love the supplements from both and I used both (Dr. Axe and Dr. Gundry) but I’m worry in a sense of taking all these supplements that I hear are needed for our health but what about our liver? Are supplements damage the liver or not because they are natural and good sources. Should I worry about my liver or not?

Every morning I make a green smoothie with a lemon. I currently remove the seeds but wonder if I should remove them or not worry about it?
