389: Should You Follow the New U.S. Food Pyramid by R.F.K?

For decades, most people have been taught to eat based on one familiar graphic: the American food pyramid. It was meant to make healthy eating simple. Instead, it created confusion and, for many people, real metabolic damage.

Now, there’s big news. The federal government has officially flipped that pyramid upside down, quietly acknowledging that much of the old advice missed the mark.

And interestingly enough, this shift mirrors a revised food pyramid I introduced back in 2017, based on what I was seeing clinically and in the research.
