Sorry I am confused. Dr Gundry should I skip breakfast? I read your latest book and find it easy to stop eating for 14/15 hrs 5days a week. After listening to your latest podcast I am not sure. I am in my 60’s.
Also with olive oil is there a difference between the level of polyphenols according to the flavour of mild / medium and strong?
